Hash Run #23 Report

Lac Du Bois

Fourteen brave souls attended the crisp mountain air hared by ‘Nose Hare’ and ‘Logger Head’. A light dusting of fresh snow combined with the low lying fog made for some memorable views. An enjoyable jaunt through the grasslands and forests of the Lac Du Bois grasslands protected area was capped with a Grey Cup party graciously hosted by Nose Hare & Shark bait. The next Hash dates and location TBA will be hared by Choo Choo & Nose Hare. Pictures will be up soon.

Ken 'Nothing' Moyes update

Just to let you guys know, I am now working on getting new Kh3 T-shirts made in Bangkok.  I am thinking of a body of yellow with red and blue sleeves (sort of matches the colours of the B.C. flag).  Shirts should cost out at less than $10 Cdn and then I will worry about getting them to you...perhaps send a bunch back with Dale and Michelle when they come over, etc.

Hash Run Reminder

Sunday noon Lac Du Bois (the Lake) 12 km from Bachelor Heights (it’s a good gravel road) with the after hash at Nose hares, to watch the Rough Riders win the Grey Cup J remember the food bank donation. See you there.

Hash Run Nov 25th

Time change 12:00 noon. If u miss the meet go ½ km. past the 12km. marker Lac du Bois. The lake and parking on u left.

Bring clothes as the weather may change as u are enjoying the run.

Do not forget bring something for food bank. i.e.: food or cash, we will not be charging for the food.

Grey Cup Hash

Grey Cup Hash will be held Sun. Nov 25th. Hared by Nose Hare, Loggerhead and hopefully Road Apple. It's going to be up the Lac Du Bois (Bachelor drive) meet just above Grasslands Bl. at the pull off around 1:00 pm. If the weather is bad we'll do the Hash out west of Brocklehurst. We'll have the Circle right after the Hash then on to Nose Hares & Shark Bait's house for the Grey Cup (945 Nicolani dr. in Brock).
Please BYOB and Munchies, Grey Cup Chile and buns will be provided (donations for this will go to the Kamloops Food Bank). We'll have 1st quarter, half, 3rd quarter and final score cash prizes, maybe a 50/50 draw with proceeds to the Food Bank.
